Kristen’s Monday Morning Forecast

Video Forecast

A mostly quiet start to the week with Monday’s afternoon highs in the 40s, 50s and 60s under a mostly sunny sky. Tuesday will bring a slight change as a weak disturbance passes over southern New Mexico. Expect an increase in clouds and the potential for a few spot showers in southeastern NM Tuesday afternoon. (NOTE: this will not be a huge weather maker for us — majority of us will just notice the uptick in cloud cover).

Wednesday will be a transition day ahead of our next storm system arriving on Thursday. Thanksgiving will be mostly to partly sunny and breezy for the majority of us — the exception: spotty to scattered showers in northwest and north-central NM.

Another storm is slated to move in this weekend bringing more snow to the high country and cooler temps to the state.
