Kristen’s Friday Morning Forecast

Weather Video Forecast

A mostly quiet day to finish off the work week with Friday featuring mostly sunny conditions and cool temps. Most of us will climb into the 30s, 40s and 50s — similar to what was felt Thursday and just a few degrees shy of average. A brief bout of clouds will move into the Four Corners region Friday afternoon, however, these clouds are harmless. No rain or snow expected within statelines.

Our next anti-climatic cold front will arrive on Saturday, briefly cooling temps in the northeast but doing little in the way of major impacts. We’ll hope to see a few flurries in the high terrain of northern NM but no major accumulation is expected.

Sunday will be the warmest day of the next seven with high temperatures peaking in the 40s, 50s and 60s.

The next in our series of fronts will arrive Monday into Tuesday. This front will be the strongest of what we’ve seen recently. Expect temps to drop ~10° with a few spot mountain showers.
