The moisture will ramp up through the remainder of the week. A back door cold front will help enhance showers and storms for the northeast this afternoon, while southerly moisture begins to get pulled into the west.
The moisture will continue to boost up across the the western and northern parts of the state through Thursday and Friday, leading to good rounds of showers and storms. The moisture will stick around for Saturday, but pull back Sunday as the ridge of high pressure cross westward across the state. Once the high pushes to the west, the door will reopen for more back door cold fronts early next week.
