Today will be warming up a couple of degrees from yesterday, making it into the mid-80s in Albuquerque, upper 70s in the mountains, and 90s in the plains. As the low pressure center in Arizona starts to move east, we will start having the chance for spotty afternoon and evening showers. These will mainly impact the west, central and northern regions of New Mexico today, after 2 PM. Friday brings another chance for isolated afternoon showers in the same areas. By Friday night, storms are likely in southeast New Mexico, including Roswell and Carlsbad. The weekend will be drier.
