This low pressure system looks even wetter than yesterday’s forecast. Some areas between Socorro and San Miguel Counties could get over two inches of rain. Some thunderstorms will continue until sunset producing small hail. Showers will be most intense overnight while slowly shifting east. By Wednesday morning, there will be showers in the northern plains and mountains. Albuquerque could get a quick shower in the morning, but consider tomorrow to be dry.
Although northwest flow returns, the northern mountains will still pick up some spot showers. By the weekend, there will hardly be any clouds in the state. We’ll have blue skies and above average temperatures.
