A beautiful weekend is in store for New Mexico. The entire state will get blue skies and cool temperatures today. Wind speeds will be elevated on the eastern slopes at times, while most of the valleys will enjoy calm conditions. Skies look mostly clear for the lunar eclipse Sunday night.
Another low will dig into our region on Tuesday. Snow accumulations will probably be below advisory thresholds. Winds will kick up yet again on Monday and Tuesday. The weak disturbance on Friday is looking less likely. Calm, cold, and mainly sunny weather should follow the system on Tuesday.
