Clouds are starting to push into New Mexico from the Great Basin. It looks like the clouds should stay away from the Rio Grande Valley until tonight. Saturday will bring variable cloud cover. Sunday should be sunny for most places north of I-40. Temperatures will be warmer statewide over the next couple of days.
A weak system will cross the southern part of the state on Monday. There is a small chance of rain early and late on Monday. The rain and snow outlook this week is dismal. Mild temperatures will stick around for a while.
