Christopher’s Friday Morning Forecast

Video Forecast

FRIDAY: A mostly sunny and warm finish to the work week. Afternoon highs will top out in the 60s, 70s & 80s this afternoon. Any plans for Good Friday pilgrimages should be wonderful with great weather for the walkers. Just make sure you pack the sunscreen and stay hydrated.

SATURDAY & EASTER SUNDAY: The ridge that kept Friday sunny, with above average temps, will move towards Texas. This will allow a weak, quick-hitting disturbance to cross northern parts of the state bringing a chance for spot showers to northern and western New Mexico. The majority of us further south and east can expect an increase in the winds. Afternoon highs will stay above average in the 60s, 70s & 80s. Fire danger will be high across central and southern NM on Saturday. Easter looks great with mostly sunny skies, mild temps and dry conditions will make for good easter-egg-hunting weather.
