We’ll close out the work week slightly below average with afternoon highs in the 30s, 40s and 50s. A noteworthy point in our temperature trend will be the cooler temps in the southeast while everybody else warms up slightly. The warmest temperatures will be located near I-10.
Clouds will begin to increase on Saturday as a weak disturbance crosses southern Colorado. A few spot snow showers over the northern mountains are possible. More moisture from the Pacific will surge into southern New Mexico on Sunday. Showers may develop across the south with snow in the higher southern terrain.
Another storm moves into New Mexico Monday afternoon with snow for the northern mountains.
