ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – News 13’s weather crew was back out at Horizon Academy Thursday to teach students about how New Mexico’s weather works. Chief Meteorologist Grant Tosterud spoke with a group of second graders during the latest edition of the KRQE Weather Academy. This was News 13’s second stop at Horizon Academy this school.
