Albuquerque city council is expected to pass a temporary ban on cannabis sales in Old Town. Something they are talking about Monday evening. Councilor Isaac Benton is proposing a moratorium on permits for cannabis businesses for a little more than a year. The resolution says the city needs more time to evaluate possible zoning limits for marijuana shops in Old Town.
