The Duke City Gladiators open 2019 season with 75-24 victory

With over 4,000 fans in attendance at Tingley Coliseum on Saturday night, the reigning CIF Champion Duke City Gladiators would pick up right where they left off last season, as they beat the Wichita Force 75-24.

It was a welcome back game, for former UNM QB and Gladiator QB back in 2017, Donovan Porterie, and Porterie would go off in this game against the Force. He finished with 7 passing touchdowns, finding Delo Davis 4 times in the endzone.

The Gladiators are now 1-0 and will host another game on Saturday against the Amarillo Venom, that game will be at 6:05 p.m. in Tingley Coliseum.
