Lobo Baseball wins thier 2nd straight game in Surprise Arizona, 6-4 over Gonzaga

The University of New Mexico baseball team was coming off of a big win over no.24 Minnesota on Saturday night heading into their game with Gonzaga on Sunday. The Lobos would not dissapoint again as they won 6-4.

UNM racked up 6 runs on 11 hits and Connor Mang was huge in this one, as he hit a 2 run triple in the 4th inning to tie the game at 4.

UNM went on to score 2 more runs and the bullpen would show up in this game, as they thre 5.2 scoreless innings.

UNM is now 2-1 on the year and they will wrap up their time in Surprise, Arizona, on Monday, as they look for revenge against no.8 Oregon State at 2 p.m.
