Multi-sport athlete and now senior at Hope Christian, Vince Quezada was honored on Thursday at Hope Christian. The stand out football player is taking his talents to New Mexico State, as he will be a preferred walk-on next season for the Aggies.
“They said that they loved that I’m able to go into three positions—either kicker, punter, placekicker—wherever they need me. And they like that I am a threat in that way,” said Vince Quezada.
Quezada proved that he can make kicks of 50 plus yards this past season for the Huskies, and that caught the attention of NMSU. Quezada marks the first Hope Christian football player to move on to play at the Division I level.
