Bryce Alford was on a break for G-League All-Star week and had a chance to be back in Albuquerque to hype up his first annual summer camp.
“It will be my first annual basketball camp and will be held at La Cueva, July 29, Monday through Thursday, its for 4th grade through 9th-grade boys. I am hoping to grow it every year and have this thing be an annual thing. Registration opened last week and we are just trying to get as many kids as we can and you know just have a good fun camp for the kids”, said Alford.
Bryce is currently playing for the OKC Blue and feels like he has improved on his skills. They have played Alford a lot at point guard, but he believes that a skill he has always had will eventually get him into the NBA.
“I know that is my ticket if I make it to the NBA if I get that opportunity, its because I can shoot the basketball at a high level. So, that’s the way the game is going right now, you know more threes go up every single year and everyone is looking for it. so, I think I have a good chance of getting my opportunity at some point”, said Alford.
