It appears the only indoor waterpark in Albuquerque has shut down.
Sunday, the Wyndham Hotel by Carlise and I-40 has a notice on its doors saying “W-2s were mailed on the 17.”
KRQE reached out to the hotel on Sunday for comment, but the provided number was out of service.
The hotel is not taking reservations online either.
In October, employees said the hotel would close for renovations since the business was drying up.
A the time, there were plans to get rid of the waterpark completely and possibly turn it into a fitness center.
There’s no word if that is still the case.
