Coming to Albuquerque just in time for the kids’ summer vacation, The Big Bounce America promises “the most memorable, exciting experience of the year” with the world’s biggest bounce house.
The 10,000 square foot candy-colored castle, plus another 10,000 square feet of inflatable bounce structures, like an obstacle course, ball pit, massive slide, and a separate bounce house for toddlers, is coming to the Duke City June 1-3 at Balloon Fiesta Park.
The Big Bounce America says a typical weekend can attract around 5,000 people.
While it may be a dream come true for kids, there could be some concerns about the chaos inside the bouncy house.
“Especially because it’s Albuquerque and it’s hot it seems like a lot of craziness will go down,” said Brandon Padilla of Albuquerque.
“I’d just be concerned if someone got injured in the center of it, how would they get a paramedic to them quickly?” asked Joel Livsey of Albuquerque.
The organizers say a limited number of people are allowed in the hour-long sessions and they do it by age groups.
Local volunteers also patrol the inflatables to keep an eye out for problems.
Tickets range from $11 to $17 and an extra $7 for the activities outside the bounce house.
