An Albuquerque woman accused of killing a father of four while driving high is set to stay behind bars.

Vanessa Moya is accused of running a red light in a stolen truck at Central and Eubank. She then crashed into a car carrying Lawrence Bennett and two of his kids.

Bennett was killed while his 10-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son were taken to the hospital.

Moya walked away from the crash.

Friday, District Judge Alisa Hart agreed with the state that Moya should stay in jail until her trial.
