More than ten years after developers announced Mesa Del Sol would be the next big thing, new homes are finally coming to the area.
Westway Homes broke ground Thursday on the 136-lot new home project. The development will create new home options at various price points ranging from $200,000 to $500,000.
“One of the things that’s so exciting about Mesa Del Sol is it kinda offers a little something for everyone, from an entry-level buyer all the way to an empty nester,” said Michael Fietz of Westway Homes.
The original developers’ vision for the Mesa Del Sol community in 2008 included parks and more than 30,000 homes.
