ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- Transforming the way you think about food is much easier than most know.
In a 21 Day Kickstart Program, hosted by Defined Wellness, participants will learn how to eat healthy for the rest of their life and enjoy the benefits of effortless weight loss, clear skin, high energy, and effective digestion. The program includes The New York Times Best Seller book, “21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart,” four weekly seminars, support, recipes, and grocery lists from a team of wellness coaches from defined fitness.
The program will also teach about beneficial foods that decrease blood sugar levels, reduce cholesterol, improve blood pressure, and lessen the risk of cancer.
