ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – City councilors are set to vote on an amendment that would raise admission prices at the zoo, aquarium and botanic garden.
New Mexico residents would be asked to pay $1 more. That puts the price at $10 for adults, $5.50 for seniors, and $5 for children. Non-residents would pay $2 more.
Train ride prices would also go up by $1.
Officials say it could generate $664,000 in revenue a year.
