The public could soon find out which company is asking for millions in state funding to make some major changes.
According to The Albuquerque Journal, it’s not known which company is seeking the proposal, but the proposal involves an Albuquerque-based manufacturer that’s moving operations to a larger building.
The business says the move will allow it to add over 100 full-time jobs.
They are asking for $2 million in state LEDA funding for tenant improvements and $25 million in Industrial Revenue Bonds from the county.
Bernalillo County Commissioners could take a vote at a regular meeting on November 13.
Economic development officials have given code names to major projects for anonymity.
