The trial for accused cop killer Davon Lymon is being delayed.
Lymon is accused of murdering Albuquerque Police Department Officer Daniel Webster during a traffic stop in 2015.
A judge recently disqualified Lymon’s public defenders from the case because at one time they represented a witness in the case.
A new team needs to take over, however, they won’t be ready for trial later this month.
A judge has not yet reset the trial for May 11.
