A local brewery created a special brew to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Tractor Brewing crafted prickly pear cider just for Cancer Services of New Mexico.
The pink brew will help raise funds to support the organization’s programs.
Managers say they will see $1 fro every cider sold.
“It’s part of a program that we have been doing for four plus years called ‘Beers for a Better Burque.’ We take on four nonprofits a year and we do special events with them,” said Jeremy Kinter of Tractor Brewing.
The cider is made with apple, prickly pear with a subtle herbal flavor and finishes slightly sweet.
