Tim Keller signs first bill of mayoral career

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Monday, Mayor Keller signed his first bill since taking office.

The bill grants nearly $900,000 in pre-k funds to 284 eligible children throughout Albuquerque.

It was made possible with the help from the Children, Youth, and Families Department.

Mayor Keller says the department had some funding available and partnered with the city to hep pre-k and early childhood development.
