SANTA FE (KRQE) – Winter’s tastiest time of year is coming up this weekend.
Restaurant Week allows for the opportunity to try new restaurants that may have been overlooked and possibly out of a certain price range.
Restaurant Week brings a variety of diverse culinary menus that will satisfy any taste. Also, many of the restaurants participating in Restaurant Week will be offering value-priced lunches.
Terra Restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado joined KRQE This Morning to demonstrate some of the dishes available during Restaurant Week.
Chef Andrew Cooper was joined by his Sous Chef Marco Aguilar to prepare their rich winter soup and salad, and hardy winter pasta.
Terra Restaurant will also offer cooking classes during the week. Some of the classes offered are soup, salad, New Mexican and Mexican dish preparation.
For a list of participating restaurants in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Taos, visit the NM Restaurant Week’s website.
