KRQE News 13 got a sneak peek at the annual APS Metro Youth Art Exhibit. It features art from middle and high school students across the district.
Saturday, many teachers came by to hang their students’ work at the APS Lincoln Complex. One student says it’s a great way to boost confidence.
“It’s just really important to me because it shows me that I’m doing something right and that I’m doing really good in my photos and it shows me maybe I can compete in higher level competitions one day,” said Valley High School student Miranda Garcia.
The art exhibit will open this Friday and runs through April 8.
