ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A former teacher at the center of a $750,000 settlement for inappropriately touching a student has been indicted.
Kenneth Jehle allegedly touched a Taft Middle School student and made her watch him touch himself at his Albuquerque home.
Albuquerque Public Schools fired Jehle but the student’s parents filed a lawsuit against him and APS.
He’s been charged with ten criminal counts including possessing or manufacturing child pornography. He’s scheduled to be arraigned next Friday.
