An Albuquerque man was killed by an alleged drunk driver early Saturday morning.
Police say just after 1 a.m., they found a rolled-over vehicle at Montano and Pan American.
Valerie Nieto, 30-years-old, told police she was driving and when she drove through the intersection, she was hit by another vehicle.
Carlos Medrano-Olivas, a pedestrian, was hit during the crash and taken to the hospital. He later died from his injuries.
Police say they smelled alcohol on Nieto and her blood alcohol level was at or above the legal limit.
She was arrested for homicide by vehicle.
