You won’t be able to get an alcoholic drink on a railcar in Lamy anymore.

According to the Santa Fe New Mexican, a stationary railroad car near Santa Fe had been serving alcohol under the Santa Fe railways “Public Service License” for a couple of months.

The New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Division says the license doesn’t apply as it only covers service for “travelers” and the railway car is stationary.

Officials say the railway car has since stopped selling liquor.
