The DWI trial for State Rep. Monica Youngblood has been postponed.
Youngblood was arrested at a DWI checkpoint on the westside in May.
She is charged with aggravated DWI because she refused to take a breath test after failing a field sobriety test.
The Republican lawmaker was supposed to go on trial Wednesday, but her attorney requested a delay because another attorney on her legal team is out of town.
Her new trial date has been scheduled for Sep. 25.
