New Mexico State Police arrested a man for what they said is his 11th DWI and it wasn’t easy.
Dashcam video from Sunday night in Santa Fe shows when the officer says a car nearly hit him going the wrong way on Cerrillos.
He tried to pull over the driver, but he took off.
The officer performed a pit maneuver to stop the car and arrested Santiago Garcia.
Court records show Garcia has been convicted of DWI at least six times.
For his last conviction in 2015, he did not serve any jail time.
