News

(KRQE) – Sacred Wind Communications are unveiling their plan to power rural residents in the Navajo Nation.

They plan on using solar units that can be used in homes without electricity.

Officials say the solar units can power an internet router, computer and an antenna.

Officials say at least 150 homes on the Navajo Nation will be able to use the technology.

They are now ready to install them and it’s free to people who sign up.
