ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County Sheriff’s have arrested a South Valley man they say was dealing stolen cars.
According to a criminal complaint, Jose Mejia-Velazquez had eight stolen vehicles on a lot near Coors and Gun Club he was trying to sell.
That included two scooters, two sedans, two SUV’s, a van and a truck.
Mejia-Velazquez appeared in court Saturday and remains behind bars on a $20,000 cash or surety bond.
