ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Memorial services for a veteran, who was shot to death outside an ATM, were held this weekend. Friends, family, and community members gathered at Strong-Thorne Mortuary Saturday afternoon to pay respects to 24-year-old Tyler Lackey, a veteran who served at least on tour in Afghanistan.

Lackey was shot to death outside a Wells Fargo ATM on Gibson near Yale on the night of February 5th.

Albuquerque Police Department investigators believe the shooting was a robbery attempt and Lackey was shot and killed when he resisted against the suspects.

Police are looking for two people. One is a man, seen on surveillance in a hat and hoodie and something over his face. The other is a woman, who was also seen on surveillance driving a white and red car.

Wells Fargo announced last week that they were offering a $25,000 reward with any information leading to an arrest.
