Sentencing postponed for murderer convicted in kidnapping case

A notorious teen killer also found guilty in a kidnapping case was scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday, but that sentencing has been postponed.

Mitchell Overhand spent 22 years in prison for killing his parents in Albuquerque when he was 16 years old.

He found himself back behind bars when he was convicted last year of false imprisonment and conspiracy for kidnapping a man.

Overhand was set to appear before Judge Cindy Leos Tuesday morning, however, his sentencing was then postponed. No date has been set yet.
