More information is expected to be released Wednesday on a SWAT situation that occurred in Santa Fe.

The Santa Fe Police Department says they got reports of shots fired at a vehicle just after 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Police surrounded the Tuscany at St. Francis Apartments on Miguel Chavez Road where they say they narrowed the investigation down to one apartment.

They say two schools were put on lockdown and evacuated a few hours later.

There’s no word on how it ended or if there are any injuries.
