Santa Fe mayor proposes $60 million bond package


Santa Fe voters could soon be voting on a multi-million dollar bond to help fix roads.

According to The Santa Fe New Mexican, Mayor Alan Webber, proposed a two-part bond package Wednesday.

The first would ask voters to okay $60 million in bonds to be used for roads and public safety.

The second, would not be more than $13 million and is set to be used for city buildings.

City Council still needs to approve the measure.
