A local roofing company is helping an Albuquerque charitable house get up and running again.
Casa Esperanza offers housing and support for out-of-town families who need a place to stay while they’re dealing with serious medical conditions.
Back in August, the facility was forced to close because of hailstorm damage.
Now, National Roofing, a New Mexico-based company, has announced it’s donating $50,000 to help with roof and interior renovations.
Casa Esperanza also got a $12,000 donation from Keller Williams Realty last month.
The facility’s director says they’re hoping to reopen early next year.
