It looks like a serial car thief is at it again after getting probation in her last case.
Eboni Palma was arrested Monday for allegedly crashing a stolen car at Candelaria and Carlisle, then fleeing the scene.
In March, she agreed to a plea deal for a series of stolen car cases and was sentenced to probation.
In all those cases, she was busted with her husband Morris Mora in stolen vehicles, one of which ended in a crash that seriously injured the other driver.
At the time, the DA’s office said Palma was a victim of domestic violence, that these were her first two felony cases and it was apparent that Morris Mora was the driving force behind her behavior.
However, her husband has been behind bars since September. This latest arrest was her alone.
This time, the DA’s office says they will ask that she be held in jail until trial.
She could also have her probation revoked.
