ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A repeat drunk driver has been arrested again for his fifth DWI.
Police say they found 45-year-old Chris Garduno passed out behind the wheel of a car that had just crashed into another near the Motel 6 on Osuna.
Officers say they had to pull Garduno out of the car and he claimed he had no idea how he got in the car.
Court documents show four prior DWI arrests; all but one were dismissed by prosecutors.
