The city of Albuquerque is inviting you to its 312th birthday party.

The Duke City was founded in 1706 as a Spanish colonial outpost.

To celebrate, the annual “Fiestas de Albuquerque” event offers an afternoon of live music, dance and food.

There will even be free children’s activities including face painting and a 25-foot rock climbing wall.

The event is on April 7 in Old Town.
