The Albuquerque man suspected of calling in a bomb threat at Presbyterian Hospital earlier this year has been arrested. According to a criminal complaint, Albert Martin Gonzales used a hospital phone back in January to call 911.

He allegedly told dispatchers there was a bomb in the emergency room. The ER was evacuated until a search of the campus was completed. Police say Gonzales has a history of drug and mental health problems. They also say a family member previously told them Gonzales was “capable” of carrying out a mass shooting.
