Popular performer helps raise funds for sick 8-year-old

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – One of the most popular ventriloquists in the country is helping to raise money for an 8-year-old fan in Albuquerque.

In June, Terry Fator performed at the Route 66 Casino but Elijah Dimas couldn’t go because he was in the hospital battling cancer.

Fator paid him a surprise visit and eventually flew him and his family out to Las Vegas for a show.

Elijah is now back in the hospital and there will be a raffle this weekend to help him and his family.

Fator is providing the grand prize: a trip to Las Vegas.

Terry Fator is also going to donate up to $10,000 in matching funds from this weekend’s fundraiser. To donate, click here >>

A quick reminder, the fundraiser for Elijah-Jay Dimas is this Sunday, August 14th. The raffle includes a weekend trip…
