SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Santa Fe Public Schools Superintendent Veronica Garcia is ending her state Senate campaign.
Just last week, Garcia stated she planned to run as a Democrat for District 21 in Albuquerque and that if she was elected, she would continue to serve as superintendent.
The Santa Fe New Mexican now reports that Garcia is ending her campaign, after revealing she didn’t have enough time for both campaigning and running the district.
