New Mexico Supreme Court will not review validity of Governmental Conduct Act

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE)-New Mexico’s Supreme Court says it will not review four separate lawsuits surrounding a state anti-corruption law.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, Tuesday, the court rejected taking up the four cases which surround whether the Governmental Conduct Act is too vague to be enforced and if some parts of the law were not meant to be mandatory. The four cases remain in the court of appeals for now.
