NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – One of the recent bills regarding gun control has been tabled. Senate Bill 171 would have banned the making, sale, trade, gift, or transfer of automatic guns.
The bill was being supported by Democrats who were pushing for more gun control in the legislature. Senate Bill 171 was tabled on a six to three vote.
