Bill would allow veterans and their families free access to state parks

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Lawmakers are considering a bill that would give veterans and gold star military family members access to state parks for free. Under House Bill 230, individuals would get a pass with unlimited day-use visits to state parks and recreational areas.
