Police to increase patrols at Albuquerque shopping centers


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – This holiday season, Albuquerque police want to make sure you and your belongings are safe.

APD is increasing its presence at shopping centers and big box stores throughout the city. Police have set up mobile security cameras at malls and shopping centers and officers will be beefing up patrols, both in uniform and undercover.

APD asks that you do your part, like not leaving valuables in the car.
