Police searching for suspect who vandalized Clovis High School


CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – Police are trying to find out who caused thousands of dollars in damage at Clovis High School.

The vandal was caught on security footage two nights ago wearing a gray hoodie with a blue stripe.

The next day, school officials say the vandal tore up the screen doors to the concession stand and tried to pry open a window to the boiler room. In all, the vandal caused up to $2,000 in damage.

School officials say they believe the suspect was after money, but say they don’t keep any on campus overnight.
